last M2 choices for raid Coercer

hi all, well i got a problem by respec my last m2 choices for a rading coercer.. these where the possibilities: Ease: + in-combat power regen Harmonious Link: DD on spell attacker, reduce hate Marred Psyche: - vs all arcane resists Perilous Gaze: pdrain, DoT well i got every spell in the base on m1 and so my first decision was ease for max mana reg. but well, with an second mana regger in group like a scout there was no problem for getting mana. the next step was - get max deaggro for the heavy nuking dd's well ok but... *grrrr* m1 Harmonious Link + 5 AA Points in the Coercer tree = 28% deaggro m2 Harmonious Link + 5 AA Points in the Coercer tree = 28% deaggro *AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH* ok well what now.. the last choice that sounds a bit ok for me is now Marred Psyche! because without Warlock in group i need to debuff the 75^^^ heroic mobs for getting them all the time mezzed. like mistmore castle and s.o. any advice? heeeelp or i go back to max mana reg ? brise m1 47 ticks brise m2 49 ticks - buhu! <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> thanks gothix

Sadly, there's very little difference between the master 1 and 2 versions of any of those spells. However, there is a way to narrow it down:Like you've noticed, Harmonious Link doesn't increase the main important feature: the % is the same. Useless choice as the reactive damage isn't even noticeable on parses.Ease only has a 2 point difference. Not to mention that it's part of the cappable "in-combat regen" value. In-combat regen can be capped way to easily as it is, with a dirge + coercer and just a little flowing thought. Power Heals and specialty abilities like Manaflow, Manacloak and Channel are what make us power mongers. So this choice is similar to adding a drop to an ocean... you won't even notice it.The last two are basically what you have to choose from.Perilous Gaze is a damage spell, and since our role is sooo not a damage dealer on raids, it's nearly pointless for the raiding Coercer. It still gives an increased benefit over the regular master 1 tho, not capped.Marred Psyche is useful on raids. However, once again, the difference between master 1 and 2 is somewhere in the order of 50 points. So a drop in a bucket this time, instead of an ocean. It will still give benefit though, not capped.Really, it depends on if you are intending to eek out the smallest amount of increase possible, and if you intend to buy all master spells.Currently, I've chosen Ease master 2 for the simple fact that the master 1 on the broker is going for something like 40 plat. I already have the Master 1 of Marred Psyche and Harmonious Link, and adept3 in Perilous Gaze is fine as I rarely cast it unless I have no more important spells to cast and it's a group encounter.If I ever get my hands on a master 1 Ease, I may even switch it to Perilous Gaze, simply because it's my only unmastered ability out of the bunch.Given the choice of all masters though, I'd go with Marred Psyche, as it's the only one that gives any real benefit to raiding Coercers.<div></div>
