Coercive healing even possible?

So I was looking at my AA choices tonight, and was thinking I'd go for the mana ward and coercive healing.  But looking at the coercive healing lines, the last ability requires 20 points and I only see 2 abilities w/ 5 points each and 3 with 2 points.  That's 16 points.  Is my UI bugged, or is that for real?  <div></div>
