I can't be the only one being a bit baffled seeing all those items, blessings and miracles with mezz/stun/stifle/daze that affect epics. Anyway, posted this under spells and abilities:

http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=spells&message.id=20589

Raincaller stun effect sharing our immunity timer is the worst thing they could have added to an item. My fellow chanters and I are yelling in raids to have peopel remove their [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] bow (not like we hate the bow, just the mez effect) boom, tank goes down, and we couldn't stun or stiffle it.

Epic mez ect. isn't that big of an issue since you can only use it 1 time per hour and a max of 2charges per player. Also costs faction. So the balance is there to permit it.

But man, that bow sucks.

Yep, I had to send a tell to someone personally on my raid last night after I asked in raid (to avoid personally calling a single person out) for everyone to please bag any epic-affecting stuns/dazes/siffles, etc.

I gotta weight in on this.Random control effects are awful. I have no problem with non-chanters getting some abilities that they can choose to use at appropriate times. But the random immunity timer crap has got to stop. If SOE really wants to make weapons have random control effects on epics then give them thier own immuntity timer.
