But I wanted to ask the experts. What is the new Power Regen cap post EOF? I've heard 105 or 110...And do you exceed the cap with AAs very often (with the Regen Debuff spell that ya'll have)? And if not, would you easily exceed the cap with a Bard in the group? Thanks ahead of time.

I BELIEVE its 1.5xLevel... so at 70 it would be 105, tho there could be some "base" that I'm not considering. Coercer regen (master level) is 41 or 42 (depending if you took M1 or M2), and Beholders eye is like 13.6 (round up to 14). Dirge (normal culprit in MT groups) regen is 46. So together, that's a combined 101. Just one FT4 and you're at cap.

Gorging Thought and Mana Cloak do NOT count against regen. Which is why those AA lines were especially desirable to me. I cast Gorging Thoughts constantly, to keep my group's power flowing as much as possible.

You can also go down the EOF mana line and bring T7 master up to 61 and Beholders eye past 20.

But... Why would you when with a dirge and coercer in the MT group, you are 4 points from cap? Unless you run with no dirge, or don't raid, increasing your Ease and/or Beholders Eye is a waste of AA.

"You can also go down the EOF mana line and bring T7 master up to 61 and Beholders eye past 20."

Actually, no, I have the Master2 Ease and it's only at 53 with ALL EoF Mana line AA, although Beholder's is right around 20 with A3, still looking for the M1 though, my guess for the M1 would be right around 24ish. In combat my mana is 73 a tick stock (ease and BE) and 104 with taps (group wide, still no AA in those though, so it will get higher).

As for the cap... I haven't seen one on anything but pure FT. Which is what everyone else has been pointing out. Actual cap for mana you can "tick" with spells, buffs and HO regens, I've seen mine for over 200, so I don't believe there is a cap on that. (that's w/o feeds or power heals)

Message Edited by Cattastrophy on 12-09-2006 02:46 PM

Thanks for the awesome feedback guys!Steering into another direction: If you don't like the Manna AAs, what AAs are you considering in their place?

I currently have completed the Mana line (21 points) and working on Coersion. Here's what I've spent:

Mana Flow - 5

Gorging Thoughts - 5

Channel - 5

Transfer Potential - 5

Mana Ward - 1

And here's what I plan on spending for the rest:

Cataclysmic Mind - 3 (hate doin it, but need the points)

Harmonious Link - 5

Spell Scourge - 2 (6 points total)

Auspex - 2 (6 points total)

Coercive Healing 1

Mana Cloak - 5

Either Breakdown - 3 or Domination - 3

I'm a raiding coercer, usually in the MT group, and I don't charm alot, which is why I'm unsure on the Domination, or to make my debuff on Breakdown a lil more potent. I'll probably end up taking Domination because when I DO charm, I want it to stick lol. Personally I like Thought Snap's concept, but I don't want to waste 21 points on less power cost when I rarely get under 50% power as is (and even if I do, I have so many tools at my disposal, I can hit 100% power in under 15 seconds).
