I have soloed named blue 2 arrows up and won all rdy <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </P> <P>I have charm adept 3 and all other spells adept 1. And decent armor and stuff all with INT buff if possible.</P> <P>MY problem is, that I fell that Its often random what happens. Even green mobs brake Charm (adept 3) often, and then Its bad, when the charmed mob is engaged in a battle with 3 to 4 other mobs and the charm brakes - what do you do in that situation? I run and die <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </P> <P>I also often have root, stun and mezz resisted <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> and that’s very bad.</P> <P>Do all our spells need to be masters to have any effect? <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>I have put my first point in the "better effect" charm spell line.</P> <P>Sorry I cant all the right names for spells and all, the class is still new to me <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P> </P> <P> </P> <P> </P> <P> </P> <P> </P></FONT></DIV>

    I would not be too concerned with finding ways to fix your problems yet.  At level 12 you are missing most of the tools that we use to regain control of a multi mob encounter when charm breaks. Basically if you are able to handle a charm break mid fight in a single mob encounter you are well on your way to doing  the best you can at your level.     As far as needing all our spells to be master, no you dont need them. An M1 charm makes us signifigantly more potent when charming pets that nuke, but I would be hard pressed to make a case that they are vital to leveling up.    Resists suck, no matter what your level. Get used to them, being able to handle a resist at the worst possible time is pretty much the difference between a good coercer and a bad one. At level 12 your foot isn't even in the door as far as seeing what this class has to offer. Enjoy the ride, and expect to die..........alot.ObzidianShadow SyndicateNajena<div></div>

<P>max your subjugation fast, cast mez on the same mob over and over and over and over and....you get the point, the higher your subjugation skill the fewer resists you will see from your crowd control spells, also I noticed that prior to level 30 all your spells do seem to have a very random effect to them, charm will break on a low mental resist mob that is green con after a few seconds, after lvl 30 you will get more consitecy and abilities to help you, also trust in the fact that you will die A LOT!</P> <P>I have a 70 necro and he died very few times while soloing yet he leveled up about half as fast as my coercer is, while my coercer dies when you think unkind thoughts about him he will hop right back up, charm a good pet and make up that debt in a matter of seconds, in fact I have completely ceased looking at my XP debt on my coercer, it just doesn't matter, on all my other toons I am upset when they die, with the coercer I unconciously know exactly where to go the instant I revive and don;t even think about it.</P>
