<DIV>Plain and simple questions here......I play a Coercer and would like to 2box with an Illusionist, do their spells stack at all? I havent played the good vs bad classes together yet and was curious if anyone knows for sure?  Thanks! :smileyvery-happy:</DIV>

I would just like to congratulate you on your choice of classes.  I three box a trio of Illusionists, which were formerly Coercers (of low level).  Concentrate on your strengths I say.  <div></div>

<DIV>I thought I was pretty clear, guess not.  I wanted to find out if they same class good/evil can 2 box easily without ones spells overtaking the others. I know there are some limitations due to the design of the game. Simple curiousity made me post, and little sense of laziness.   As for accomplishing anything by playing 2 of the same class is not anyones concern but my own. Its not like eq2 is in no way difficult to play at all  now, as was it when it was launched.  Thats a totally different story all together, we're not getting into that discussion.  Im just looking for a simple answer.</DIV>

You got your answer... some spells stack, some don't. You can't have 2x breeze for example, but you can 2x nuke all day.<div></div>

<DIV>Our most important spells stack.  Our mezzes stack as long as neither of you have proc gear on.  Our mana does not stack.</DIV>

<DIV>Its quite an odd combo but seems fun to play. You will gain lots of CC and damage prevention abilities but you have to do a lot of trade offs.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>- You can chain stun / stiffle greatly reducing mobs dps but will loose many of coercers reactives</DIV> <DIV>- You will get illusionist pet root, illusionist root and coercers roots to lock mob and let your charmed coercer pet kill mob from distance but you loose illusionist prismatic discord line in a root fight (in reality you loose all illusionist damage because the small damage amount pr. cast  / tick aint worth risking mob breaks root)</DIV> <DIV>- Normal power regen + mana cloak does not stack but special power regen will </DIV> <DIV>- Not certain if coercers "damage on mob on power consumption" works with power drain, but if it does your have a great combo. Illusionist and their pet are great to drain power (pet cast root, stiffle + powerdrain, stun + power drain and then it begin to cast damage spells).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
