<DIV>The title says it all. We all know master charm is a big hunka a coercers dps, so I'm wondering what zones are doable with legendary gears and pretty much a full set of masters. Any help is appreciated - I'm running outta stuff to do with my toon <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

I was in there the other night, and I think I ended up using an archivist.<BR>

<DIV>It's been a while since I've done vaults, but I believe it's the archivist I use as well. Regardless, it's a warlock mob that opens with an AOE which does pretty good DPS on the linked encounters in there. It's nothing spectacular but it's on par with den and blackscale pets.</DIV>

Archivist is probably the best pet, but if one isn't handy try out the elementalist, its nice as well. If you solo this zone you will never finish it as a coercer for one simple reason...95% of your spells on the final boss will be resisted. His mental resists is insane to the point your about completely useless in that fight UNLESS your using a charmed pet.

<DIV>Nizara soloable up to second named no problem but PITA</DIV> <DIV>HOF fully soloable except for a ring event </DIV> <DIV>BS - first named soloable - ring event - nope for same reason why you dont do ring even in HOF solo</DIV> <DIV>Vaults - soloable but bored to the death - best pet imo Orthalian Sentry (brigands)</DIV> <DIV>Nest easy soloable - save last named - he soloable just take forever to kill for coercer</DIV> <DIV>Nek3 - I doubt its soloable</DIV>

<P>HoF soloable eh? I've tried it twice, with very poor results both times. I seem to have multiple aggro issues, even using daydream and body pulls (which are really tough for me, as I get hit->stunned->dead really fast in there).</P> <P>Also, I wasn't sure the final boss in there would be soloable. Have you solo'd him?</P>

The final boss is easy enough, actually. You can root/nuke him just like any other named, as long as you haven't run out of biopsists by that point. That's the real issue; you need a biopsist pet in order to kill the nameds (at least, I haven't found any way to kill them otherwise), but other pets are better to use for clearing the trash mobs, so if you switch pets too many times you may find yourself running low on biopsists.Another limiting factor, of course, is the sheer time it takes. I've only soloed HoF twice, once for the sake of doing it and once when a horrible group broke up after the first named and I didn't want to waste the lockout timer. Other than that, I'd much rather do it in a group.

<DIV>Heh Infiltrators actually not bad either <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> for that sole purpose. With master charm thier poison attack do around 3-3.5K damage .... PER TIC. Basically idea is keep [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] rooted and let em proc poison then call em back and stay behind till poison ware off then risen and repeat</DIV>
