<DIV>While it does not scale, it is still tremendously useful at level 70.  In certainly situations this spell can lead to a huge power boost for the MT.  For example, in the last encounter in Nizara (I know it's not a raid but one of the best uses of this spell), your entire group can go from no power to full power in less than a minute due to this spell.</DIV>

I went from level 1 to 70 without it i didnt think i could buy it cuz I didnt have that adv pack, but a guildie made it for met and [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] LOVE.  It's very useful for the power draining encounters... get ur tank to full mana, then if ur healers are oop, just channel. Ta da! </DIV>
