Coercer charm in pvp?

<DIV>I was just wondering if pc's could be charmed in pvp and if they can how it works exactly.  Any info would be a great help.  Also is it me or is mental the most resisted dmg type at low levels?  Im level 16 and it takes 2-3 casts to get an M1 stun or mezz off on another pc near my level.  And I am aware priests will have much higher resists, but this is overall.</DIV>
