An easy way to do this is simply ask yourself which spells you use the most, and deem the most important.  To me, I would have to say the spells I use most are going to be my crowd control ones- namely stuns and stifle.  The importance of the lower resist chance is indisputable, especially when there's a situation if your mez or stun resist, you will wipe!  That being said, look for masters of these constantly until you get them, but adept3 will do until then.  Group buffs are also important, then finally DPS spells.  The only master choice that matters is going to be 64, which I took Perilous Gazes just because it was the only master I didn't have.  Don't pick master2 Harmonious link if you can find M1 on broker, the only thing increased from M1 to M2 is the damage shield component, the de-aggro is fixed at 23% for both qualities.  <div></div>

I took Tyr Mind at 44, as it will last you till you get a M1 of your level 70 spell, which is quite a while.I took the int/agi buff at 54 because it's +70 stats. It gets upgraded at 68 to be +75 for ad3 or +85 for m1, so I figure it lets me hold off buying that ad3 until I find the (pretty hard to find) M1. I already had the M1 mez here, I don't remember the other choices.I took Ease at 64 because the group nuke thing is a waste IMO, I already had M1 of the debuff, and I don't raid my coercer enough to really need the dehate. Someone has Ease M1 on the broker, so tempting <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.<div></div>
