<DIV>I got this spell and I understand how the item comes out of it, however I have no idea what tiggers the dmg portion of it to go off. It says something about melee dmg but I just cast it and it seems to randomly go off.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Oh and what does the item that comes off it do?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks</DIV>

Sybillant is what is considered a "reactive" spell. You cast it on a mob and whenever that mob hits something in meele, it will take damage up to 3 times per cast. As an example, lets say sibyllant will do 200 dmg on a successful meele attack. You send your charmed pet in (or the tank in your group attacks), you cast this spell on the enemy, and whenever the mob hits your pet or the tank it will take 200 dmg, up to 3 times per cast, for a total of 600 damage.Coercers get a few more reactive spell lines as well. One will do damage anytime a mob uses power (for a combat art or spellcasting) and the last line will do damage anytime a mob casts a hostile spell. Aside from your pet, this is the primary way for coercers to do damage.<div></div>

Almost forgot, the thoughtstone that is created will be used for some later spells, like our AoE mez and one of our power regen spells.<div></div>
