Lvl 20 fluff spell at lvl 30 and more....

Hi fellow Coercer, I recently reached the 30th lvl (yay <span>:smileyvery-happy:</span> ), but I was sad to discover that my fluff spell, the ones that make other group members dance or laugh, was NOT working on anyone higher than lvl 29 <span>:smileysad:</span> Is this a bug?  No matter who, if the player is lvl 30 or more, the fluff doesnt work anymore.  Of course, its fun to change my girlfriend into a ratonga (especially since she dont like them), but I loved making her dance when she was less expecting it. Any chance I will make people dance at higher lvl?  Any other fluff spell making people dancing in higher lvl? <div></div>

<DIV>I believe the forced animations are specific to someone below your level. So as you level up, it will allow you to cast on higher levels, as long as they are lower level than you.</DIV>
