Level 30 fun spell - where is it?

<div></div>I searched the forums, checked the faq, and looked all over the Arcance Science building and I still can't find my Ratonga illusion. The only thing I can think of is that my trainer will only show me my spells up to my level and since I'm level 29 its not showing me the level 30 spells.Where can I find this in FP?Thank you<div></div>

<DIV>I think the fun spells currently do not show up unless you are of a level to scribe them... but i could be wrong. I seem to remember having 2 of them on me when I dinged one time, and scribing them on the spot.</DIV>
