<DIV>I can fairly consistently beat most players on my server in duels. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I would like to hear other Coercer's tactics however to see how I might improve.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Usually the best tactics I have found are to start with Sonic Boom at 3 seconds before the duel starts to either make sure to keep my target away from me or hopefully stunned to start, lead with a mezz, then cast my mit debuff, reactives, root, then follow with a stun and my dots and maybe toss in stroke, stifle and daze at some point if the duel lasts too long. This works well as long as I dont get too many resists.</DIV>

well im not much of a dueler, but when im in the right spot ( where theres a pet in sight) i will invis before fight, move behind the target, and then set off a mez ( if it breaks ill counter with confoundment, which is our quickest stun) making sure pet is off protect me/himself. ill then put my 3 reactives, and 2 debuffs on them, stun them, send pet in, stun again, and then daze them. bring pet out, re-mez, rinse, repeat. this is the logical way i see winning duels. there are probably better ways, but as i said im not much of a dueler.then again, its different with each class ( but you can still use the above method for all types) casters will die after debuffing thier int, and resistances using our power and spell reactive damages. against melee i find that using our damage reactive isnt enough, as they can mostly kill us withing a few big hits. ( so this was much easier with our uninterruptable stun, so we could run back on go) so i just use the first method.<div></div>
