Even at Master 2, the Psyche line of debuffs is resisted 2x-3x as often as my Gloom series spells have been at Adept 3. And getting the debuffs to land is critical with orange mobs. I've gotten all of these at Adept 3 mainly because I got lucky harvesting the rares. Edit: I also have to say that the Transfer Essence line, while not as critical for us as for other classes, has a marked improvement at Ad3. I also upgraded my Intense Focus, to reduce the resists as far as possible. Rares should soon drop in price enough to afford upgrading all of these. (I've harvested 2 moonstones, and 3 acrylia in the last 2 days. About 4 hours harvesting total. Prices will drop FAST)Message Edited by Signal9 on 06-20-2006 08:48 AM

Amnesia definitely if you can't get the master version of it. Still use this spell at 70 in certain raid situations. Even when not in a raid situation, it is a handy spell to buy you some additional time to get things under control.

My two cents. As was said above, Depression has a pretty good debuff and does damage over time. I always keep this spell up on a mob and I think it's the best of the list. I think the only thing that is upgraded by upgrading Amnesia and Intense Focus is the resistability (Although I can't check at the moment). Power drain on Intense Focus is pretty worthless, so the resistability is pretty much it. I've been using the Transfer Essence line more and more these days. With mana flow and our other power regen capabilities, you can really help a group move quickly through combat. Destructive Mind...not all that useful and I rarely use. So, if I had to rank them:1.
