Please Help: Level 20 Coercer Spell seems unavailable in AD3

I can't seem to find anyone with the ability to make Coerce Adept 3, is this normal?Thanks.Also, if I can't get it into Adept 3, what do you all do for 20th to 30th for Charms?sigh, this is a hard class to love sometimes.

Noone seems to have the recipe to make the Adept 3, not even 40th sages. Where is it found?Thanks

I dont know if this is related or not, but i know all 50 adept IIIs were changed over to the next tier higher, and not replaced in crafters books that had it previously.  It was a bug, it may be fixed, since its a level 20 spell it leads me to believe this MIGHT be the case.I'd /bug it if they dont have any level 20th adepts.<div></div>

The only copy I have found is on a broker and the thief is asking 6P for it.<BR>

But I needed to make the charm and also the pet spell for an illusionist friend, so I had to pay up. I have not checked since to see if there are more and if so what the price is.</P> <P>My guess is that it drops of any mob that would drop lvl 20 recipes.</P>
