<div></div>I was fighting some baslisks in bonemire for writs and noticed something really awsome! Spell Scourge was procing off of combat arts!  I really hope this is not just a bug.  It does not make us overpowered and dimishes the great disparity in our damge between attacking casters and tanks.   This has been a long wished for change on my part. I hope it stays. <div></div>
