It is a Status Message, same category that tells you when a friend logs on or off. Default is yellow/gold text.

<P>*CHEER*</P> <P>How I've missed this feature.  So tiring when a group asks ya to mez this or hold that mob while they're beating something down only to have some goober not assist & break your mez.  Then, the group wants to know what my issue is.  I let em know that someone was breaking my mez & the inevitable "wasn't me", "...." responses.</P>

Open a new chat window, check everything OFF except under "Game Text" (the first title) put a check in status, and you can see who broke your mez pretty easily, even in raid.
