Can pets heal coercers?

Sorry if this was asked before... But do certain charmed pets heal you? Thanks!

Cleric and shaman pets will occasionally use mob debuffs that cause it to proc a heal/ward on anything the mob damages. I don't know if druids have an equivalent, but that's the only time I've ever seen a pet "heal" anyone--though it's not a direct heal.
