<div>Why would you upgrade your spells?</div><div>Velocity at master 1 is a 67% haste Impetus at Ad 1 is 54%</div><div>Minds eye at Master 1 is 11.2 and Beholders eye is 9.6</div><div>Clarity Master 1 is 31 sorry but I forget Ease it is lower though</div><div> </div><div>Does anyone have any information on what the AD3 and Master 1 Versions are of our spells.</div>
