Will we able to charm other PLAYERS in PVP?

<div>I've been looking around for an answer and haven't been able to find it so I thought I'd ask.  Charming mobs is one thing....but I want to be able to charm a Qeynosian wizard and have him/her nuke their buddy for me if only for a few moments if I should encounter such a group out in the wild.</div><div> </div><div>Now that would be cool......</div>

<div>from my understanding, yes, you will be able to charm other players.  You cann't control what they do though other than follow, attack, and normal commands.  Once charmed, i beleive player characters act like NPC pets.</div>
