<div>Iv never really used potions or totems. I am finding with my 51 coercer when soloing I always have a ton of mana, but have to wait for a health recharge to continue. Can anyone reccomend a good totem for lvl 50 + for health regen or perhaps a potion? Thanks!</div>

I know you want a potion, but I think you should really work on your tactics when soloing. You shouldn't be getting hit that much.<div></div>

<div></div><div>T6 food really should be all you need to fix any cuts and scrapes from a abd encounter... might wanna try makin sure have defense maxed.. can do it on lower vvv conned mobs and play melle on last one to get it up pretty fast if its bad. I ussually fiish off my mobs with a melle session to make sure i'm allways maxed.</div>

<div></div><p>I do realize the the coercer really should not get hit. And as a tactic one could root and dot/nuke. In order to get the full use out of our reactives for meele and spells, and to kill the mob quickly, one requires to get hit if soloing. Now ,i get boared alot and do try to kill the mobs quickly by using reactives, and of course my health drops. I can do the safe kill and root and stun and dot etc, but sometimes i just like to solo fast, and that was why i was asking about the potions. Of course that tactic wont last long, as mobs in POF and such seem to hit hard .</p><p>I think my problem is that I took a break with my coercer for a couple months, and now I have come back and notice that CHARM is alot better in terms of duration. Before i never used it, but am finding I am using a pet a lot now. Due to this, I see where people are saying i shoudnt get hit.</p><p>I thank everyone for their advice <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p> </p>
Charm a mob, and your new pet be the catalyst to the reactive, rather than yourself. Pet almost dead, drop charm, kill pet.

<div>in EL i usually coerce a Klakrok ^ and use it to take out three or so turtles... then the klakrok is down to low HP, and when i release to kill... poof he's up to 1/3 of his HP's... is that intended?</div>

When you charm a mob, it is reduced to a "no-arrow" mob in regards to HP/power. Attacks are based on your charm spell level, but HP will always be at the "no-arrow" level. When the charm breaks, the mob reverts from "no-arrow" to it's normal state, and HP level. This appears as a heal on the mob.</p><p> </p><p>It is especially noticable on ^^^ mobs.</p>

No, they only get nerfed down to no-arrow. They do not get upgraded to no-arrow ever.

<div>Just like everything else in life, they only nerf, never improve.</div><div> </div><div>Up-arrow mobs are reduced to no-arrow, but down-arrows are left as they are. No improvements, unfortunately.</div><div> </div><div>Honestly, baselining our pets at no-arrow level would remove a bit of the risk-vs-reward imbalance. While I would much rather have the ^^^ mobs stay that way when charmed, allowing us to raise vvv mobs to even-con would be as much of a benefit to us in the long-term. It would also ease out pet-searching a bit by increasing the potential-pet-pool</div>
