I was wondering if anyone else noticed this line is no longer uninteruptable? I looked back through patch notes and there has been nothing about this spell being changed recently - have i missed something?

It would fit the pattern, if that were the case. I honestly haven't played my Coercer for anything more than her 46th Sage abilities in over a week.

should be able to test it by trying to cast on the run.

The only spell in this line that was ever uninterruptable (as far as I ever experienced) was perplexity itself. Months ago, when I read in this forum that the line was uninterruptible, I immediately went out and tried Bewilder. It interrupted like any ordinary spell. When I got high enough level to scribe perplexity, I tried to cast it while moving, and it was indeed uninterruptable. I have used perplexity as recently as Sunday while moving. I'll have to check it again when I log on tonight.

However, since perplexity behaved differently from other spells, it does raise the possibility that this was just a bug that they finally got around to fixing. If so, that's kind of aggravating. The only virtue in this entire line of spells was the fact that perplexity was uninterruptible.

A short duration stun with a 3 second casting time is just not useful (as the entire coercer community has been saying since the beta). It is not useful to interrupt a caster. It is not useful to bail yourself out of trouble. It's one and only use was to buy yourself a little bit of a gap when you were being chased (pulling, for example).

I guess I should look on the bright side. If perplexity has been nerfed, it frees up a hotkey button for something useful (Bewilder has never been on my hotkey bar, and I cannot imagine wasting a button on any interruptible version of this spell).

Perplexity itself can still be cast on the run. Used it for a while like that and today too. I can't speak for the line though.
