<DIV>To start, I've been reading the other posts...alot of which people are complaining about the coercer...and I find most to find the coerce line useless.  I have to admit, the chances to the mob breaking the spell seems to be pretty high, though I do expect a chance to break (Less of a chance, I'd hope, with mobs lower level then you) and I have also noticed that mobs I charm will get beat senseless by mobs lower then *them*, however if i charm the very mob that just beat the first and try to take on the mob I had prior, that charmed mob gets beat senseless.  The most I could figure was charming a creature reduced it's stats and effectiveness somehow, no clue how, though.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I was playing today, however, and I noticed my level 19 arrow down mob (I was level 19 enchanter, dinged 20 tonight) was holding his own against a 19 arrow up (it would norm be VERY close and a real sweat fest to try and kill the mob before he ran through my pet like it wasn't even there).  This is an alt, so I don't know if this happened prior to or after update 15 or not.  Has anyone else ever noticed this?  I think its pretty awesome, granted the mobs still tend to break charm, easier then I like (Though even that seemed to be lessened today).  Any idea on this?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>To add my little note to the corcer class, and this is all my opinion, I think its an awesome class with its own strong points.  Yea, what most people would play it for (the abiltiy to grab what you need, while in the field instead of relying on the same hum drum pet that you always summon intices some people...like myself) doesn't really work right...their still is great fun to be had.  Rooting the mob and letting your DOTs eat away at it, slow but fun (And easy XP)...being part of a group and when something goes wrong, being able to single handedly fix the situration (Given the other members of your part remembers DAMAGE WILL BREAK MEZ! :p).  All of those and more make this class fun.  It has problems, I will agree (Many nights I've found myself frusterated with my charmed pet breaking nearly the minute I charm it), but the class is still a good one.  It doesn't function in raids (though I've not raided with this char) and I can see how they wouldn't really be worth while.  Though I have to face the single fact, more then just I play this game and those other people want something different from the game.  The coercer, I believe, is that class meant only for the causal player; those that aren't going to raid with it or join these "Uber" groups or for those that want to fiddle with different char classes and different aspects of the game.  Its a great class for the casual player and I have to think thats what SOE really wanted with it and I understand that the class isn't going to function well in certain circumstances, but I try to avoid them (I can always decline a raid, ne?), however if I find myself encountered with one of those circumstances then it rests in my hand to make the best of it and use my skills and talents to over come that situration.  All in all, despite its problems, I really do believe this to be a wonderful class.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sorry for all that, I had been reading alot about how so many people things the class sucks and how it needs major improvements (Most just sound like they want a class thats uber leet from the start and they don't want to *work* their way up, not all however!  So don't think I'm refering to you if you think they need to be fixed <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />).  My question still stands, has anyone noticed that charm/coerce spell being slightly better then before?  ^..^</DIV>
