These tactics are not major upgrades. Evaluation of the significance of the tactic should be CLOSELY examined. My suggestions are that the tactic should be at least 150% stronger then the appropriate level (Adept II) of the original spell. Make other spells more attractice as a tactic selection..the goal is to introduce variability and differences between the coercers. Instead we all select the same one cause its so overwhelmingly more powerful/useful then the others. The Sybillant Tactic, when changed will be an attractive option, while the upgraded Terrible Awe is next to useless (do I care about hate reduction? no - extend duration, lower recast would make this selection more attractive). The Tyrensons Root is nice that it adds a stifle, but the duration makes it pitiful.

El'Arad's Befuddling LIghts - Advanced form of Bewilder. This, after the tactic "go-through".

As a general comment, players want the spells to be equally enticing to select. If one tactic is head and shoulders above the rest at the time of selection, then we all become cookie cutter. We don't want that, you don't want that.

The intent of tactics was to introduce individualilty compared to other player characters of the same class. We're not and it defeats the entire intent of the Tactics system. I implore the developers to review the Tactics and assess each in turn and evaluate whether each is equally attractive at the time of selection.

My further suggestion is to gear those 4 spell selections towards 1) solo play 2) raid play 3) small group play and 4) general utility. Each tier should have one of the selections focused/geared to one of those 4 categories so that by level 60, a player could have now modified their character to a certain role dependent on their play style. For example, a "root upgrade" would be a solo play Tactic, while a buff castable outside the group would be a raid play Tactic, etc...

Thank you and good luck appeasing the player base.
