<DIV>Just confirmed this, as of last patch.</DIV> <DIV>The max power component of Basten's runes of surety no longer stacks with Exhortation. Odd, because Magi's shielding DOES stack, as normal (Basten's is the training upgrade to Magi's). Hopefully just a bug, and not a nerf.</DIV>
