Static pulse

<DIV>I was wondering what the consensus was on upgrading this spell.  At level 26, static pulse seems to expire 1/10th of a second after it lands.  I was wondering if an Adept III would be a good investment.  Thanks</DIV>

<DIV>Well you probably should have lvled it at lvl 4 or so.  At 22 now i have appr 4, and it rarely sticks, and goes away too fast, so at your lvl i wouldn't even bother</DIV>
