AQ4 bug?

I thought I was falling prey to this bug too, it turned out however that I wasn't recieving quest rewards because I hadn't chosen a special ability when I leveled up (I wanted more time to think about the choice). Hmm, could be one off bug that you should report and petition for. I haven't had any problems but it was a while back.
