<DIV>I know this is a problem for both Enchanter classes, but since I have a 22 Coercer, I thought it should go here. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Frequently, when in groups, people break mezzes. We all know it happens and sometimes it's just the spell that wears off. Does anyone know of an easy way to determine HOW a mezz broke. It would be quite helpful if SoE could write in a line of code that said, "%t is no longer fascinated by your presence." or "Group Member 1 has broken the fascination on %t." I've been playing for a while and haven't found anything like this, but I'm sure that there are some more resourceful people that might have come up with something that I didn't think of.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I just get tired of having to say, "Who broke my mezz?" "Who's using AoE?" "Who's not assisting? I know someone's not assisting because all of the mobs had health bars missing." We have one of the hardest jobs in the game and when we are utilized to the best of our ability, we can contribute invaluably. I was in FG the other night and we had a 4 mob pop behind us right after our MT taunted. The other 5 members of the group killed the first 2 or 3 that we had while I held the other 4 in perpetual mezz only to be followed by the secondary tank coming over and using a AE melee attack not understanding that it breaks mezzes. Guess who was the first to die? In this case it was clear who broke it, but sometimes it's not so clear. What does everyone else think?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I also have a summoner and think that my pet sometimes breaks mezzes, but can't be too sure since pet control is vague at best. That's what made me start thinking about it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ayaul </DIV> <DIV>22 Dark Elf Coercer/15 Scholar - Highkeep</DIV> <DIV>15 High Elf Summoner/10 Scholar - Innothule</DIV>

<DIV>Generally speaking had a rough time my first time around with my illusionist slowly teaching people who to properly assist and learning what breaks mez.  With my zerker I instruct everyone of pitfalls and get everything in place prior and the mez'ers we pick up rarely have a problem.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At the start of every group make sure everyone makes an assist macro and uses it.  Be nice and offer to help them make it if they don't know how.  Make sure they know to use it even on AE fights.  Once that's taken care of mezs don't break too often.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1 more thing, instruct healers that they can't melee and heal you.  If they do, they auto assist you and break what ever you have targeted, usually a mez'ed target, since that's when you usually need a heal.</DIV>
