Dot ,nuke and buff work but that all.</DIV> <DIV>Don't get me wrong , some mobs can have immunity ,but this not the case here ,we just can't cast such spell on +++ mob and above....well except if this mob was the exception.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>    Any other coercer have experience of +++ mobs ?</DIV> <DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV>

<DIV>While I can see where you're coming from, I feel the need to play devil's advocate.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Raid mobs are meant to be 'special' mobs where tactics typically employed on standard mobs simply wont suffice...and each class needs to make adjustments quickly to their role in the group setting to adapt to these new challenges. Having certain key abilities be rendered inneffective against such a menacing mob can seem like a player's ability to contribute to the group has been severly crippled, rendering them almost useless...but don't forget about everything your class offers (or can offer)  to the situation.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Case in point; Coercer. Abilities that I can think of that still seem wholly effective in the setting you presented would be, Group haste, Breeze, Direct Damage, DOTs. While the damage you can dish out using your DD or DOTs may not equate to that of a wizard or mellee, know that with your breeze and haste abilities that you are contributing to the abilities of these other classes to do their critical roles. Also keep in mind that in many raid settings the boss mob is not sitting alone in the room, but typically has several guards (or groups of guards) that would pose a much more significant threat without a Coercer (or illusionist) to lock them down; in fact, the enchanter's ability to lock down an entire encouter set and keep it there while the raid focuses on the other mobs would certainly cause the value of the enchater classes to shine through.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Again, I empathize with your remarks and would be frustrated too, but try to add as much value with your class as possible in these situations. If you believe you're valuess in these circumstances all you can accomplish is to make the others there with you believe you are in fact valueless...</DIV>
