Does Adept 3 Fascinate work on higher mobs?

I have adept 1 and it no longer works on the levels of mobs I'm killing. If I make an adept 3 will it raise the level of the spell so I can still use it?Thanks in advance.

<DIV>I checked it so u are not right it isn't capped at 25 lvl . I use adept 3 Fascinate and it is capped for me at 27 lvl mobs so i can't mezz lvl 27+ mobs with it but 26 is ok </DIV>
