<DIV>I've hailed every freakin NPC in all of Freeport and trolling these boards isn't much better with all the uberness and all.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Simple question who starts the quest? For piece #1 whatever piece number 1 is. This isn't a phylisophical discussion. I dont give a flyin crap what other gear anyone has, or what level 70 time enabled EQ character anyone has. Can someone please answer with a straight answer, just the name and zone...at this point I will take the zone as an answer........geesh.</DIV>

It won't be given until you're level 20.</DIV>

<DIV>Thanks for the replies. This would be a big help for an almost 21 enchanter except I decided to quit EQ2. The cool factor has worn off and IMO the game has way to many flaws to be enjoyable. The class structure sounds cool and all, but to play a class for 20 levels and still be luke warm about it is the pits. =/ At least in old EQ I knew by level 10 whether or not I liked what I was playing. Tradeskills are also an issue. What a drag to be stuck on a path and not be able to choose another, then discover you are totally dependent on another trade to successfully continue in your chosen path. Then factor in that SONY has practically stomped out the ability to create any type of economy....no coin loot on mobs, trash loot drops on 1 in 5 mobs, chest loots on 1 in 25, then the "lucky" players winning every stinking chest loot. Yesterday I discover that they turned merchants "off" and this on the day that rent was due, plus I needed food..............just too much like real life. I didn't want a second job. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Sharqi</DIV> <DIV>20 Coercer</DIV> <DIV>14 Scholar</DIV> <DIV>Butcherblock server</DIV> <DIV>RETIRED and DISGUSTED</DIV>

<DIV>Hmm. Tradeskills have about 7 fixes going into place this week. Most of them deal with every issue you discussed. Comparing this game to EQ seems to be the root of your problems. This is NOT Everquest Live Part Deux. This is an entirely different game with few similiarities.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you have retired your character, why are you still posting here?
