level 20 and no lysira?

You don't get them for free.You need to buy them from a scribe at the mage academy in North Freeport.

I bought the jig one and it does work. It only works on groupmates that are lower level than you.

<DIV>Yup, they work...but the effect for the mirth one is minimal, but making people dance really freaks them out sometimes.  It does only seem to work on people lower level.  That will make it useless on raids and such where everyone in your guild is topped out on levels.  FIX IT SONY!</DIV>
