Triblulation question for raiding

How important is this debuff when you already have Lung Puncture and Eye Gash, plus inquis and troub skill debuffs on a raid?  I have a few extra AA and am wondering if this is worth enhancing or if I should dump 5 points into Savante (new toon dont have savante master and likely won't for awhile). My main reason to not go with Trib is I do not want to waste 3 points in pet recast lol that's a total waste. <div></div>

There is no point in wasting 3 points in reducing the Pet Cast time to get an upgrade to Tribulation. You would gain more spending those 3 points into something else.
