FT-Cap?

<P>The regen from spells and the regen from items are seperate, I think the cap for power regen from spells is 1.5 * Level + 8 bonus for being level 70 (113 per tick).  </P> <P>The cap from items was something like .75 * Level, so at 70 it caps at FT52 or 53.</P> <P>I am pretty sure Devitilizing Gazes counts as a power heal and not regen, but I have nothing to back that up.</P> <P>All this could have changed, I lose track.  I didn't notice brainburst was unresistable until yesterday!</P>

There is a shared cap of 1.5xlevel, but items can only count towards 0.75xlevel. If it doesn't add to In-Combat Power Regen, it is above and beyond the cap.
