I quit this game 4 month's ago, this is my 2nd day back " im a lvl 70 Illusionist". EOF is really sweet, i love the new mobs, colors, zones ect... Im going to get right to the point. I took a long hard 45 minute Look at the Illusionist AA tree. My conclusion is this, Illusory Arm and Time compression are super cool and usefull skill/spells. Im not going to comment on the 23 othere AA skill/spells in that illusionist tree, as those are the 23 reasons i have just quit this game again. 4 months ago i was posting about giving Enchanters an increased duration on there epic stun/stifle ability in the new EOF AA tree. To be honest guys, If more enchanters pushed that stun/stifle duration increase on epics " I think SOE would have raised an eyebrow and took it into consideration" Oh well :/ It is what it is. Adios folks

Message Edited by liken on 12-27-2006 04:07 PM

Welcome to Enchanters of EQ2. We suck for all intent purposes. Most of have learned that this isn't the game you want it to be if you want to be as powerful with raid content as you are for heroic content, even though we all wish it were that way.Sometimes you just gotta give, honestly I'd rather not have our stuns/stifles/dazes affect epics, I would prefer other ways of affecting epics than what we have, either through recast timers, or through having our power drains meaningful. But in the end, we are left with DPS and a few buffs. We suck in EQ2, yet we've all learned to deal with it, and we still hate it. I guess there's not much else we can do, other than go wow why do we suck so bad, yet we're always ignored on our utility. Many, many posts have been made about how to increase our utility without making us overpowered, yet they're all ignored.

lets see, I can

a. cry a river, complain and whine etc. like you did. or

b. try and still be constructive in other topics and in the meanwhile be happy TC buffs up zone DPS of a wizard by like 400, we can dish out 1-2k zone DPS ourselves, still have a minor effect on the raid with stunning and dazing mainly, IA buffs some nice DPS too.

Point of the post, stop crying, live with what you have and keep the posts constructive so that maybe one day it'll be better. Going /WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH doesn't help one bit.

Nadis, im not sure if you noticed. But flaeme plays on a different server than you do. Hence --> he will not say hello to you in 60_69 chat, and make you feel cool that you know a player in a raid guild. Even though flaeme's opinion and understanding of his class is brainless, he can still post on this forum. I suggest that you take that one line of butt kissing, and go else where.

If you're so full of sorrow and "come back" for a brief period and vommit all over these forums again, reacting in a negative way on what honest -active- players say please take YOUR sorrow elsewhere. After all you're just a little ant like the rest of us and one that stopped playing. About time the ex-ant stops posting.
Message Edited by laddich on 01-03-2007 03:28 PM
