Mana Cloak recipe?

<div></div>Hey all,Semi new Illusionist and fledgling sage here and curious on the mana cloak spell. From what I can gather, its a quest to get the recipe. Is this a bloodlines quest or splitpaw? I claimed my ring for the bloodlines, but have not made it to Nek yet to check it out. Just starting on the splitpaw quest series and having a blast. I am sure this is addressed somewhere in this forum, but I try to avoid spoilers as I like to figure stuff out as I go. Thank you for your time.<div></div>

Prolly just be easier to find someone to buy it for you.  It is tradeable.For that matter, it may even be for sale on your broker.  I want to say it's Ancient Teachings of Kylorn Magic or some such.<div></div>

Its from Bloodlines.  You have to get enough faction with the NPC's in the camp near the waterfall in Nek in order to buy the recipe.  Great spell.
