at any level. I'm guessing, since you couldn't have an evil paladin or a good shadowknight, that your betrayal to the other side would involve a change of class for the third of us exclusive to one city or another. That would seem to mean that those who are fed up with Illusionist could become Coercers at any level, or vice versa. Anyone heard anything about this?

I am strongly considering it. Coercer master spells are cheap and plentiful. My guild is small and has 2 illusionists. It seems to make sense for one of us to defect. It sounds like coercers got hit a bit harder than illusionists on DPS and control ability with the update on test, so I'm not as excited about doing it as I once was. I will see what changes go live and make my decision then.

Zebsen

Level 70 illusionist

Nek

I'll probably change my monk to bruiser, but I have way too much invested in my Illusionist to lose (masters, adept 3s, illusionist-only hats, etc).
