Don't have any objective data on it, but when I upgraded my 47 pet from adept I to adept III he seemed to have more HP. And as long as we're on the subject, does anyone know how many HPs our pets have at different levels and upgrades?

I notice an increase in damage with upgrading the pet. I believe that increasing the potency (app --> master) of the pet does not increase it's HP at all. I believe this is constant for all pets. I may be wrong, but I think it's mainly damage of spells, damage of melee in the few cases when it decides to melee, and possibly resist rate on spells.

Zebsen

Hard to test but, I seem to remember a dev post about upgrading the pet only effects its spells.

Upgrading pet is very worth it. You can try this fairly easily by taking on an even level mob with your APP 1 pet then trying again with Adept. Master pet rocks!!
