Worldwide Chat Channel?

ive read all the posts on the worldwide chat channels for us, and see a few references to the worldwide channels, yet when i join them no one is in them.  so either, ive got the right info, and no illusionists are online, or i cant find the right info on the channel.could i get someone to tell me the address of the worldwide illusionist/enchanter channel?thanks<div></div>
