Root Upgrade

<div></div>Someone who has the upgraded version would have the actual numbers when they examine the spell.  I've found the descriptions are not quite accurate for whatever reason.  When I upgraded my Mez from adept I do adept III, I expected that the upgrade would only "increase the chance that the spell would last the full duration" according to the description, but I happily found out that the resistability went from 10% to 20%.
