<div></div><p>ill just quote some patch note about it. Generally its a selfnerfbuff. effect:</p><p> </p><p>Illusionists: Disappoinment is less likely to be resisted</p>
<div>Against nameds it is useful.</div>

<div></div>It's about the only <em>useful</em> debuff we have that will affect epics. Certainly worth using against epics and nameds, and orange heroics if you can get it to stick, otherwise there's usually no point.
<div></div><div>Hmm, thanks for the info. <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> But, what does it actually do? Says it lowers Crush, Pierce and Slashing by like 15 or something. Does that mean the actual skill, or is it taking off flat damage every hit? And if it is the actual skill, would it be useful to debuff players?</div>
<div></div>It's useful to cast on anything that you're worried is gonna beat the stuffing out of you. You get 5 ranks of attack per level, so if it's debuffing 15 ranks then you're dropping their autoattack by 3 player levels basically.

Skill buffs and debuffs don't work like that anymore (since LU13), because when stacked, they were getting too powerful.Anyway, the spell will make the mob have a more difficult time landing attacks, so your tank will not be hit as much.

<div>Has anyone done some hardcore testing with this line of spells? I was wondering if anyone has seen results with some testing or if there seems to be no difference at all with melee when this buff is used?</div>
