Anyone else a little disappointed with the upgrades thus far?  It seems like App 4s of the new tier are equal to Adept 3s of the precious tier, in almost every skill I've looked at.  This makes me real hesitant to pay for Ad1s, and drives me to spend hours trying for moonstones (and instead racking up the acrylia!  woot!).<div></div>

<div></div>Worst is our haste. I have master1 of lvl48 Legerity which is +56% and the new tier7 haste at adept3 is +56% so you need tier7 master1 to upgrade a lvl48 master1. I /bug reported this.

<div></div><p>As for haste, considerable upgrades to this spell will make it useless one way or another as I believe that 100% haste is the cap (correct me if I'm wrong).  They don't have much room to scale this spell, but essentially not upgrading it is worse.</p><p>Mezz is getting to the point that the extra few seconds just isn't worth it.  You have plenty of time to remezz with our T6 mezzes.  I already have those spells at master I, so I will just continue to use those (which are more power effecient as well).  They still don't work on epics, and now on some heroics.  Same thing with stun/stifle.  The extra second added onto these is nice, but not worth replacing a master version for a small duration increase.  The Seal line might be useful if you aren't at the int cap, which I found much easier to reach in T7 than T6.  I never keep the Aspect line up unless we're fighting a mental/magic mob.</p><p>What's worth upgrading in T7?  Color shower, aneurysm, prismatic havoc, and our other AoE (can't remember the name), dynamism, and insight.  Did I miss any?  Shimering beam doesn't get a T7 upgrade.  That leaves 6 spells, 1 of which you can pick as a master 2 choice at 64, leaving 5 others to upgrade.  Maybe a few more if you need the seal line upgraded.</p><p>Yes, I'm disappointed in the lack of increases with our spells, but more disappointed with the lack of dev attention to our class.  You only need to upgrade 5 spells in T7 by my count and our "new" spell does more potential harm than good. </p><p>Zebsen</p>

You forgot Devitalizing Stare, and the Power/Resist buff. Those are the only other 2 spells I can see us really wanting to upgrade, besides the personae(which is really nice for soloing heroics).Also next level cap increase, we will more than likely not get a new haste spell, and will be stuck with Rapidity till the end of time, due to the 100% haste cap.
