Construct of ReasonUltraviolet StormEpiphanySynergismHrmmmm, I'm going to go with Construct of Reason <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> No really, I am because I already have Ultraviolet Storm and Epiphany M1, and will have Synergism M1 soon enough, and Construct of Reason is the rarer of the 2 choices left, so I'm going with that <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

For  anyone wondering master 2 of Ephiphany is 42 per tic,  master 1 is 41 per tic

Also have Beholder's Eye M1 which is 13.8 regen. Plus Ease which is the same as us.Then we see bards, with 46 regen at M1 ....
