Bixie Isle.  Head up the right wall, and look down -- you'll see a bench.  That's where the named, Championess Pollenica, 61st heroic, spawns.  She also drops a 1hed legendary katana (great DPS, ok stats).  Spawn time is about 90min.<div></div>

There are several different hats from several different tiers that are all with the same model, and enchanter-only.  I'm sure there's a Fabled one out there in a raid dungeon somewhere...<div></div>
