<div>I don't think I need to go into details about how I feel when I hit the Official SOE web site in search of class info concerning spells, these days. Everyone knows that the published lists of spells and abilities are horribly out of date. Why? Well, is it some kind of misguided effort to push sales of the Official strategy guides? We'll never know the answer. One thing we are never in doubt about, though, is the effect it has on beginner Illusionists who need information that's both accessible and correct.</div><div> </div><div>Like me. I'm not an EQ2 newbie, but I've just started an Illusionist character and the spells I'm getting have no relation to the published lists, except that they're both for an Illusionist player. So, if anyone has a favorite web site for GOOD info, PLEASE post it here. I don't mind getting more than one suggestion, since I have yet to find the 'perfect' web site for any class.</div><div> </div><div>Thanks in advance!</div><div> </div>

<div><a target="_blank" href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/classes/index.vm?classId=26">http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/classes/index.vm?classId=26</a></div><div> </div><div>All the post-20 spells are correct, with the exception of Fleeting Thoughts, Fleeting Sentiment, and Transient Sentiment. Those should now say "A group augmentation that significantly increases intelligence, focus, and casting techniques of the illusionist's group for a short duration".</div><div> </div><div>Under lvl 20 just assume you will be getting pretty much the same spells that u see in that list, just that they do less damage or have a shorter duration. The spells u will get that arent listed there are:</div><div>Magi's Shielding - lvl 4 - Increases your Health, Focus, and Defense</div><div>Cure Arcane - lvl 6 - Cures XX levels of mental/magic/divine impairments on friend</div><div>Dispel Magic - lvl 9 - Dispels XX levels of beneficial magic spells from mob</div><div>Blink - lvl 15 - pbaoe aggro reduc and teleport (like tartons wheel)</div><div>Veil of the Unseen - lvl 15 - Single target invis, also makes u immune to aoe</div><div> </div><div>everything else is pretty much the same.</div>

That's fine for 20+ people. Thanks for the info. However, my Illusionist is only level 11 and, as stated, the spell lists and the very way they are organized (still with the old 'Enchanter' class) bear no relation to current realities.

<div>Well u might not be able to tell exactly what lvl u get the spells, but at least u can tell what spells u will be getting eventually, even under 20.</div><div> </div><div>And for the record, ur first breeze is at lvl 18.</div>
