Who gets the hate from dynamism?

Dynamism seems to always say someone else cast it, unlike havoc. Does that mean they get the hate?

I would assume so, since the damage from Dynamism is attributed to them. I think Havoc is actually unique in that it's one of the few damage buffs I've seen where damage is attributed to the the caster, whereas the group and single target melee proc buffs that a lot of classes get are all damage attributed to the buffee.

<div></div><p>Pretty sure dynamism hate goes to whoever is getting the damage message (ie the buffee).</p><p>You have to stop thinking of Havoc as a buff.  It's a nuke, it just needs a melee surrogate to help cast it.</p>
