is illusionist a qeynos/good only class?

Yes and yes. Freeport Citizens can only become Coercers. If you betray, the quest has to be completed by Level 18 or so (I think), so when you hit level 20 you become an Illusionist <div></div>

<P>From the OP is seems he wants to betray Qeynos, and move TO Freeport.</P> <P>This would mean that you could not become an Illusionist. The Freeport variant is the Coercer.</P>
