<DIV>Hi,</DIV> <DIV>couldnt find any hints on the choices.</DIV> <DIV>The groupbuff sounds most tempting but afaik some other classes have better ones that overwrite it?</DIV> <DIV>If not id tend to the single mezz to make it more reliable as i dont use the groupmezz too often and it is probably staying at the 4 target maximum, so not really useful?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>any recommendations?</DIV>

<P>/shrug</P> <P>as long as people continue breaking my mezzes and overwriting my buffs I'll probably just go with Dynamism.</P>
<DIV>Seal of Inenuity is your best choice, imo. IF you have Dynamism M1, if you don't, then it's a toss up between which you think you will find M1 first. But the diff between the M1 and M2 of both are very very little.</DIV>

<DIV>I chose the single target mez but am sitting on my respec too see how we pan out in the long run. Yes dynamism is an awesome spell and should be used ALOT compared to the mez. Just to let u know the difference between master 2 seal and master 1 is so small its not even funny so its kind of a toss up. I personally believe in mez still and I group with 3-4 people all the time so at the moment its a good choice (4 man cazel can be fun....). But who knows what will change later on. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Maybe mez will be useful on multiple encounters in the future. Maybe it never will be. Alot of people swear by it on epic encounters. But I don't really know since my guild doesn't really do any of the real tough epic encounters. Most people will tell you mez is pointless in heroic and epic encounters, so you decide.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>IMO its a waste on seal since its like a 5 point diff. If you aren't interested in mez then I would go with dynamism even though its a small increase its still a great spell to upgrade.</DIV>

<P>I could get a relatively ok Master1 Seal of Ingenuity, so i did choose Dynamism as Master 2. It is used much more so the benefit is much more "direct".</P> <P> </P> <P>I still would like to have the mezzes on master, but thats probably more a gut feeling. You really dont use it that often, but if you need it you need it to stick. Sometimes you wont have a second chance to cast - a resist is wipe. </P> <P> </P> <P>Thank you all for the input and feedback, really helped me to make a decision.</P>

My thinking on the matter was that both of the buffs provided only a difference in scale (quantitative), while the difference in the mezzes could possibly have a qualitative difference on the survival of my party.Put another way: 20 less damage on each Dynamism is much less debilitating than having Cazel resist mez. Of course, in the long-term, the extra damage might save you an equal amount of grief. *shrug* I guess it's nice to not be forced into picking one choice because it's the "best".I ended up taking the single-target mez. I wanted to feel old-skool! Made me remember getting my first mez at level 4 six years ago...I was like, "A stun that breaks when you hit a mob?! Most useless spell ever!". I think it took me two months before I decided to mem it and try it out...<div></div>

<P>I took Dynamism. It is used all the time. The int/wis buff is useful until people start capping their buffs, then that choice becomes useless.</P> <P>As for Mez, it can be a good choice, but crowd control is still only used sparingly, so saw this as not the best option. I had adept 1 mezzes and they stuck almost all the time. When I started doing Cazel, I found my mezzes getting resisted for the first time ever it seemed. But, I found a solution there also. Cazel rarely resists a first cast of stun, not mez. So you can stun him, then cast mez until it sticks. I now have both my single target mezzes at master 1, and he still resists mez quite a bit. So I don't think M2 of the mez would be that much more useful.</P> <P> </P>

<DIV>I went for single target mez.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In terms of usefulness to a raid, Dynamism is probably better. But mezzing is when I have the most fun as an illusionist. When all looks hopeless, and suddenly the mezzes lock everything down and prevent a wipe, that's when I get the greatest buzz. I didn't go for AoE mez because I tend to only use that for an opener against groups, and then overwrite it with the single mez, so the single mez is more important to me.</DIV>
