Out DPS by a healer?!?

<DIV>I was in a group to day with a 60 fury...she owned me in dps while keeping the tank healed.  I was going balls to the wall too...trying to beat them.  Alas, no matter what I did, I couldnt keep up.  She handily outdamage me while being the main healer.  Does anyone find that a tad odd?  How can I compete with a 2k aoe? or maybe the 1500+ single target nukes with fast cast timers?  And the call us overpowered and nerf us?  SOE needs to get it together.</DIV>

<P>fury are not that far ahead of compareable equipped / buffed warden (they just dont have the high self INT buff of fury, so they usually parse lower), and defiler arent that bad dps either especially in duration fights like raids (they have low burst dps though). dont know about inquisitor and mystic much but hardly hear them complain like templar.</P> <P>wouldnt dare to say we are safely ahead.</P>

Furies are up there along with brawlers on dps. They are the best priest class dps wise and **could be in the top 10 dps list on a parser in a raid. :smileyvery-happy:
